By accessing Call the Fights (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old (21+ where required by law) and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and reject entries.

3. Free Contest, No Purchase

Call the Fights is a free skill-based prediction contest. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent eligibility checks, submit fraudulent entries, or use automated tools to enter or manipulate results. We may disqualify any entry at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the "Call the Fights" name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors. UFC, UFC Fight Pass, and related marks are trademarks of Zuffa, LLC. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Zuffa, LLC.

6. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or accuracy of fight data. Odds and percentages displayed are sourced from third parties for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
